Board

The Association of Catholic Coaches and Athletes (ACCA) was founded on May 19, 2011. Barry Dean, Founder and President of the ACCA originally had his brother, Fr. James Dean and personal friend Coach Larry Giangrosso, as original ACCA Board Members. Both Fr. Dean and Coach Giangrosso are devout Catholics, who love sports and realize the impact sports has on the coaches and athletes who participate in them.

Since the ACCA was formed more coaches and priest have become involved in the ministry, and thereby have shown an interest in serving on the Board. As the original Board Members rolled off the Board, the new Board Members above are very excited and enthusiastic about serving on the ACCA Board, and in helping Barry and the ACCA in achieving its goal of evangelizing to Catholic Coaches and Athletes in all sports, in the United States and beyond.
